Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels and proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at customer_service@iflytekau.com with your order number and reason for the request.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

For approved change-of-mind returns, we may offer an exchange or store credit, subject to approval and stock availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping fees, if any, are not refundable.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 30 days of receiving your item, subject to approval and stock availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us at customer_service@iflytekau.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.

Once your exchange request is accepted and the returned item has been received and inspected, we will arrange the replacement item where available.

If the replacement item is not available, we may offer an alternative product or store credit.


Damages, Faulty Items and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos where possible, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. This may include a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances.


Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition
- Items missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels or proof of purchase
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items, unless required by law

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You may also be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
